Chris Gladney, owner of Gladney Remodeling & Construction, works closely with home and business owners to ensure that the outcome they envision is realized efficiently and economically.
Listening carefully to what is needed and desired, Chris works closely with clients to formulate and carry out a plan, whether it is comprehensive renovation of an existing structure, updating and remodeling of a room or office or construction of an entirely new addition or structure.
We recognize that sometimes our customers must remain living in their homes or continue working in their businesses while construction moves forward. That’s OK. We’ll help make your remodeling or construction experience as smooth as possible.
Special Projects
Gladney Remodeling and Construction loves the challenge of special projects. We’ve tackled everything from building chicken coops to restoring an ornate gazebo in a private garden. She-sheds, dog kennels, outdoor living spaces, home offices – name it and we’ve been asked to do it.
We’ve leveled and resurfaced existing porches, installed outdoor fountains and built fence and gate systems for farm houses. We’ve made outdated homes seem new with replacement of fixtures, installation of new windows and doors and a good coat of paint.
In other words, if the project is special to you, it is special to us. We’ll treat it like it’s our own space, meaning that we’ll be conscious of your time and money while providing quality work we stand behind.
Historic Restoration
There is something very special about saving an historic building, and we like being part of that. We get it that some people are reluctant to take on a restoration project. Old wiring, deteriorated wood, collapsed ceilings, leaking roofs, unstable flooring…it’s enough to scare anyone away.
Not Chris Gladney. First, he loves history and respects the structures that have survived the decades or the centuries. Second, he knows what he’s doing. Everything in his past experience has led him to a place in his professional life where he can methodically, comprehensively and lovingly save something old for future generations.
