Gladney Remodeling & Construction LLC incorporates the skills Chris has in electrical, finishing work and plumbing to breathe function and beauty into spaces that are old, outdated or uncomfortable for today’s lifestyles.

Transforming older and even historic homes and buildings is a special sort of construction that requires an eye for maximizing the “bones” of a structure and creating a new look and feel that provides a safe and up-to-codes living and workspace. Remodeling work can be full of surprises once projects get underway.

Chris’ experience in corrosion and his more than 20 years of experience in fields where excellence is expected have given him an eye for anticipating some of what may be hidden under the floors and behind the walls. He makes clients feel secure about the outcome of their project while providing them with the budgets that anticipate and include any obstacles.

New Construction

Not all of our projects are remodels or renovations. We are happy to discuss your ideas for workshops, “she-sheds,” decks or even chicken coops. New construction projects are as exciting for us as they are for you. We’re happy to provide estimates for exactly what you want and work with you on a budget with which you feel comfortable.
